Kruger & Flint Productions, the independent Polish game studio, has officially released their hardcore retro shooter, Bloodhound, on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Inspired by legendary titles like Doom, Quake, and Painkiller, this first-person shooter blends brutal, fast-paced gameplay with a distinctly apocalyptic theme.
Bloodhound initially launched on PC in July 2023 and quickly gained attention for its intense action and classic shooter mechanics. Following its PC debut, the game also introduced a free expansion titled Juicy Retro Style!, enhancing the game with pixel art visuals, refined gunplay, and additional narrative content. This expansion is included in the PlayStation versions, ensuring that console players receive the full Bloodhound experience from day one.
As players step into the shoes of a Templar order secret faction member, they are tasked with thwarting a demonic cult led by the devilish Astaroth. The game's appeal lies in its relentless intensity and the nostalgic touch that harks back to the golden age of shooters.
