"I recently played 'Enshrouded,' an early access game that has some fascinating elements. The setting of a world covered in a mysterious fog was captivating, and it set the stage for an adventure that was both challenging and enjoyable.
The character customization is pretty basic, and the models look a bit unusual, but that didn't ruin the experience for me. What really stood out was the combat - it's smooth and engaging, especially compared to some other animations in the game, which felt a bit rough.
I loved the mix of melee and ranged combat, and using the magic system added an extra fun element to battles. The movement system, with the grappling hook and glider, made exploring the large map a blast, despite some issues with the stamina system during climbing.
The building part of the game is impressive and adds a lot to the gameplay. After the initial guided quests, the game opens up, allowing for more exploration and combat, which I found really enjoyable.
However, the weapons could use more variety, and the soundtrack, while fitting, could be more diverse. I encountered a few minor technical issues, but they didn't majorly impact my gameplay.
Overall, 'Enshrouded' is a promising game with a great mix of survival, crafting, and action. It's got a few areas that need improvement, but I'm excited to see how it develops over time.
