October 24th Indie Horror Showcase Unveils Terrifying Lineup of Over 60 New Trailers

Los Angeles, USA - October 3, 2024 – Horror fans rejoice! DreadXP, in collaboration with The Media Indie Exchange (The MIX), is set to host a spine-tingling Indie Horror Showcase on October 24th. The event, which has seen a significant increase in submissions since last year, promises to deliver a frightful day starting at 10 am PDT. Esteemed horror aficionado John Wolfe will anchor the showcase, bringing his expertise in horror commentary and gameplay to the forefront.


    This year's Indie Horror Showcase is not for the faint-hearted, with over 60 new trailers on the roster. Attendees can expect a thrilling array of announcements, premieres, demo releases, and never-before-seen content guaranteed to induce chills. From the resurrection of classic horror titles to the introduction of new, eerie adventures, the showcase is packed with surprises that will keep horror enthusiasts on the edge of their seats.

    Among the notable studios presenting this year are Nightdive Studios with "The Thing: Remastered," Wayforward bringing back "Clock Tower: Rewind," and Misfit Village & Nordcurrent Labs with their unsettling "Go Home Annie." Other participants include POLLARD STUDIO LLC & Wired Productions with "KARMA: The Dark World," Torture Star Video's "Sniper Killer," à la mode games & Akupara Games with "Sorry We're Closed," and David Wehle's "We Harvest Shadows."

    While DreadXP will not be making new announcements at the showcase, they hint at having exciting news to share throughout the month, ensuring fans have plenty to look forward to beyond the event.

    The showcase will be live-streamed on platforms including YouTube and Twitch.tv by The MIX, as well as on DreadXP's YouTube and Steam publisher page. With additional co-streamers joining the broadcast, this year's Indie Horror Showcase is gearing up to be an unforgettable event, marrying bone-chilling entertainment with interactive digital engagement.
