The Wailing Tower update enriches the game with elements of cosmic horror, unveiling a new raid map—the first since the game's initial release. This update introduces "prophecies" and "curses" through Arcana power-ups, enhancing the gameplay by benefiting or challenging players in unique ways. The souls of fallen preyers can now be summoned to aid in battles against an array of new enemies. Players will also discover fresh loot, gear, and enjoy captivating new music tracks from acclaimed composers Marcin Przybyłowicz, P.T. Adamczyk, and Paweł Błaszczak.

About Witchfire

Witchfire combines dark fantasy elements with first-person shooter gameplay, where players assume the role of a sin-marked witch hunter on a redemptive mission. Developed by the creative minds behind Painkiller and Bulletstorm, the game introduces a blend of souls-like, extraction, and roguelite mechanics, providing a robust and versatile gaming experience with multiple paths to victory.

Players must skillfully navigate through the challenges to overcome the Witch of the Black Sea and her nefarious forces. The game's unique roguelite system, termed Arcana, allows for numerous customization options in building your character, known as a Preyer—an undead assassin empowered by Witchfire. Each expedition offers opportunities to strengthen your arsenal or risk everything to unlock new areas and obtain powerful items and upgrades. Furthermore, a mysterious subplot involving lost cargo adds layers of depth and intrigue to the game's storyline.
