Go Home Annie Unraveling Mysteries in the Scp Universe

Posted on December 12, 2024June 25, 2025 By Ronny Fiksdahl

Despite launching on October 10, Go Home Annie continues to attract attention from fans of the surreal and the unknown. Developed by Croatian indie team Misfit Village and published by Nordcurrent Labs, the game offers a fresh take on the popular SCP Foundation universe. But this isn’t just another horror game—it’s an experience that makes you question the nature of reality, your choices, and what it means to “go home.”

Set within the shadowy walls of the SCP Foundation, you play as Annie, a low-level employee performing “simulations” meant to replicate interactions with various SCPs. But things are not what they seem. The game cleverly mixes well-known anomalies with obscure lore, creating a layered narrative that fans of the SCP wiki will find deeply rewarding and unsettling.

Gameplay That Makes You Think

Unlike typical horror games that rely solely on jump scares, Go Home Annie emphasizes puzzle-solving and narrative depth. Players are encouraged to interact with anomalies to advance, often using their bizarre properties to unlock new areas or uncover secrets. Choices matter here—what you touch, what you ignore, and what you investigate all shape the outcome of Annie’s story.
