Two Rainbow Six Seasons Go Live Across PC, Console, and Mobile
Ubisoft has rolled out new seasonal content for both Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and Rainbow Six Mobile. Rainbow Six Siege Year 11 Season 2, Operation System Override, is now live, while Operation Gray Phantom has launched for Rainbow Six Mobile on iOS and Android.
Earlier this year, Fix Gaming Channel covered Rainbow Six Mobile’s launch and the Siege Year 11 roadmap. This week, several of those roadmap pieces are now in play.

Operation System Override brings several competitive updates to Rainbow Six Siege. The main change is Ranked 3.0, which removes hidden MMR and brings back placement matches for clearer progression.
The season also adds Calypso Casino, a new competitive map inspired by Rainbow Six Vegas. Ubisoft says the map has been rebuilt for modern Siege play, with vertical routes, new entry points, rooftop access, and expanded drone options.
Dokkaebi also receives a major remaster, including the new XK23 assault rifle and an updated ability built around stronger intel denial. Emerald Plains, Kanal, and Outback have also been modernized with visual improvements and new destructible elements.
The season includes Operator balancing for Gridlock, Zofia, Nomad, Deimos, Solis, Pulse, and Mozzie. Ubisoft is also adding weekly rotating trial Operators, returning events such as Rengoku and M.U.T.E. Protocol, and updating the in-game Esports tab.
Mouse and keyboard support is also coming to consoles at mid-season. Ubisoft says it will be allowed in the PC cross-play pool, while still being forbidden in other pools.
Rainbow Six Mobile – Operation Gray Phantom Trailer
On mobile, Operation Gray Phantom introduces Finka to Rainbow Six Mobile. Her Adrenal Surge ability is designed around team momentum, helping allies push harder, recover faster, and stay aggressive in combat.
The mobile season also includes rotating 3v3 modes, limited-time events, themed challenges, a new Battle Pass, cosmetics, and continued Ranked progression. Ubisoft is also preparing Veil Protocol, a limited-time event set around Oregon going dark and containment protocols being activated.
For Rainbow Six players, this is a broad seasonal update across both the main Siege experience and Ubisoft’s mobile version. Siege is focusing on ranked clarity, map updates, and Operator changes, while Rainbow Six Mobile continues building out its live-season structure.
