FIX ACCESS PR, GAME OUTREACH & DEVELOPER SERVICES

Help players, press, and creators understand your game faster.

Fix Access PR provides private, practical support for developers who need help presenting their game clearly before a demo, festival, Steam push, trailer reveal, creator outreach, social media campaign, or release.

Our work can include indie game PR guidance, Steam page audits, trailer and messaging review, press kit review, mock reviews, playtesting feedback, creator outreach support, social media strategies, and launch planning for developers who want a clearer path before going public.

Free First Look: Send your Steam page, trailer, press kit, build notes, or project summary. We will take a quick look to understand the project and let you know whether Fix Access may be the right fit. Deeper feedback, audits, outreach planning, social media strategy, or campaign work are scoped separately before any paid work begins.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE SERVICE

Fix Access is run by Ronny Fiksdahl and Aidan Minter.

Ronny has worked across promotion, artist and project management, PR, outreach, website design, social media, branding, content creation, and audience development for bands, musicians, artists, independent creators, and creative projects before bringing that experience into the games industry.

As the Founder and Editor of Fix Gaming Channel, he now leads the day-to-day work behind Fix Access. His work includes game analysis, mock reviews, playtesting, messaging and positioning, Steam page and trailer feedback, press-kit development, social media strategy, creator and media outreach planning, and launch support.

Aidan brings around 30 years of videogame PR, marketing, and communications experience, including PR account management, communications strategy, marketing, content planning, writing, branding, partner marketing, events, social media content, and go-to-market strategy. His selected games industry work includes The Banner Saga series, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and more.

Together, we combine hands-on independent promotion, editorial judgment, game analysis, press experience, PR, marketing, outreach, localisation, social media strategy, and launch support in one practical developer service.

HOW WE HELP

Focused support for the parts of your campaign that decide first impressions.

Steam Page Audit

A clearer look at your Steam page, screenshots, short description, tags, structure, store presentation, and how quickly players understand the game.

Trailer & Messaging Review

Feedback on trailer structure, first seconds, pacing, tone, key selling points, and how clearly the game is communicated to press, players, and creators.

Mock Review + Game Analysis

Private press-style mock review feedback before release, focused on what works, what does not, and what should be fixed first.

Game PR / Creator Outreach

Help shaping your game PR angle, outreach timing, creator pitch, target list, social media strategy, campaign beats, and message before you contact press or content creators.

Playtesting & Player Friction

Focused feedback on onboarding, controls, pacing, difficulty, clarity, and the early player experience before wider public exposure.

Press Kit Review

A practical check of your assets, fact sheet, links, screenshots, trailer, and key information so press and creators understand the game faster.

The goal is simple: help you understand what to fix, what to improve, and how to present your game before players, press, creators, or store visitors see it cold.

Client Testimonials

“The pre-launch mock review for Mr. Sleepy Man highlighted key friction points in a clear and practical way. The feedback was specific, actionable, and helped us focus on issues that mattered before release.”

Eldar Basic — Monster Theater Games — Mr. Sleepy Man

“A clear distinction was made between each category of issues, including content, form, visual bugs, controls, and direction. Each paragraph was very helpful, detailing these areas with concrete examples drawn from real gameplay experience. There were no generic or empty tips, only specific feedback based on direct experience with the game. All of this was reinforced by a very clear conclusion and summary table.”

Thibaut Billerot — Tetrarchy Studios — Mandated Fate

“The work done by Ronny and Aidan was top level. I was genuinely surprised by how strong and detailed the evaluation was. It was clear, commercially grounded, and refreshingly honest, giving us a realistic view of the project’s position, the challenges it faced, and practical recommendations we could actually act on. Absolutely a must.”

Jean-Pierre Delport — Crimson Cloud Games

“I have been working with Ronny at Fix Access on Little Devil and it has been brilliant. He gives me straightforward, no-nonsense advice and is completely honest with me, even when that means telling me things I might not want to hear.

He has been a huge help with marketing the game and has also got it in front of some genuinely good playtesters who have helped shape the design while it is still in development.

It is clear he actually cares about the game and knows exactly what he is talking about. Highly recommended.”

Michael “MI Pixel” Armstrong-Ingram — MI Pixel Ltd — Little Devil

“Ronny and the team at Fix Access were incredibly helpful with the marketing of Golden Self. Their support and insights gave me much more clarity on how to approach the game’s visibility and promotion in a practical way. As an indie developer, having honest guidance and actionable feedback at this stage means a lot, and I’m truly grateful for their help.”

Christos Ververis — Golden Self
