GTA VI DualSense Controllers Revealed in Black and White Limited Editions

Posted on September 5, 2026September 5, 2026 By Robelle Veligano

Pre-orders open September 10 ahead of a November 19 launch.

Sony Interactive Entertainment has revealed two Grand Theft Auto VI Limited Edition DualSense wireless controllers inspired by the bright days and neon nights of Vice City.

The Black Limited Edition and White Limited Edition were revealed during Sony’s September 3 State of Play. Both launch starting November 19, 2026, the same day GTA VI arrives on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Pre-orders open September 10 following the earlier GTA VI delay to November 19, 2026.

Rockstar also recently released a longer look at GTA VI, captured entirely from in-game footage on PlayStation 5.

Vice City in Black and White

The two controllers represent different sides of Vice City. The White Limited Edition takes inspiration from daybreak, white sands, and pastel skies, while the Black Limited Edition reflects the city’s nightlife and neon-lit streets.

Both feature a shimmering color-shifting finish, custom palm tree details molded into the controller, and official Grand Theft Auto VI branding.

Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers

The limited editions retain the standard DualSense features. Sony says GTA VI will use haptic feedback and adaptive triggers to respond dynamically to the action.

Price and Pre-orders

Both controllers are priced at $84.99 USD, €84.99, or £74.99, with pre-orders opening September 10 at 10:00 AM local time where applicable.

The White Limited Edition will be sold through PlayStation Direct where supported and participating retailers. The Black Limited Edition will be exclusive to PlayStation Direct in supported regions, with select retailers carrying it elsewhere.

Launching With GTA VI

Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar has not announced a PC release date.

For players already preparing their consoles, we have also looked at the GTA VI file-size and console storage discussion.
