A New Chapter in the Sniper Elite Franchise
Oxford, March 18, 2025 – Rebellion, one of the world’s leading independent video game developers and publishers, has launched new content for Sniper Elite: Resistance, enhancing the popular franchise. Today’s release includes the Vercors Vendetta Mission and Weapons Pack, introducing a critical new mission and additional weapons to players’ arsenals.
Vercors Vendetta Mission and Weapons Pack
The new mission, available at $11.99 on Steam and $15.99 on consoles, sees protagonist Harry Hawker working to neutralize a hidden cache of the deadly nerve agent Kleine Blume, threatening civilian lives across France. Players gain access to the M1941 Rifle with its high-capacity magazine and fewer reloads, and the Armaguerra OG-44, an Italian submachine gun prized for its low vertical recoil.
Fairburne’s Armoury Weapons and Skins Pack (Free)
Rebellion has also released a free content pack featuring two character skins, the M.1903 Rifle used during the Allied Invasion of Europe, and the M1A1 Gov. Submachine Gun, which fires powerful .45ACP rounds with balanced handling.
New Multiplayer Maps
The update introduces two new multiplayer maps: St. Raymonds, exclusive to Sniper Elite: Resistance, and Flooded Village No Cross, a fan favorite from Sniper Elite 5.

In Sniper Elite: Resistance, players follow Harry Hawker of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) as he leads covert missions in occupied France. This standalone story runs parallel to Sniper Elite 5 and is available on Game Pass and for purchase on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 Pro, and PC (Epic Games Store)
