A Norse-Inspired Tower Defense Adventure Gets the Spotlight

Norwegian indie developer Ananki Game Studio has released a detailed and exciting developer playthrough for their upcoming title, The Fate of Baldr. Deeply rooted in Norse mythology and fueled by fast-paced tower defense gameplay, the playthrough delivers a clear look at the game’s mechanics, world-building, and creative vision.

Myth Meets Sci-Fi

In The Fate of Baldr, players take control of a band of fearless Viking warriors who are mysteriously transported to an alien world. Using a blend of advanced firearms, defense towers, and tactical planning, players must hold off waves of hostile extraterrestrial enemies.

As the battle intensifies, players will uncover a rich narrative where Viking bravery and sci-fi warfare collide and the fate of the universe hangs in the balance.
