Indika nun surrounded by demonic laughing figures

Indika Unravel Existence With 11 Bit Studios New Adventure

Posted on April 23, 2024June 4, 2025 By Ronny Fiksdahl

A Surreal Journey into Faith, Doubt, and Identity

Straight from Warsaw, Poland—prepare for a transformative gaming experience with INDIKA, the latest narrative-driven title from 11 bit studios and Odd Meter. This uniquely introspective adventure dares to explore the realms of spirituality and inner conflict through the eyes of a nun… and the demonic voice tormenting her.

What Is INDIKA?

INDIKA is more than just a game—it’s an existential odyssey. You play as Indika, a troubled nun whose journey to deliver a simple letter spirals into a philosophical and psychological reckoning. Guided (and mocked) by a devilish presence, she’s forced to question everything she believes in: her faith, her past, and her very soul.

Influences & Inspirations

Picture a game painted with the cinematic strokes of Lanthimos and Aronofsky, wrapped in the literary reflections of Dostoevsky and Bulgakov. INDIKA combines bold narrative detours with profound spiritual debate, all rendered in painterly, surreal environments echoing religious and historical architecture.

“With INDIKA, we’re pushing the boundaries of traditional gaming. This game isn’t just played; it’s experienced.”
– Rufus Kubica, 11 bit studios

Gameplay & Mechanics

INDIKA is a third-person adventure that blends exploration, light puzzle-solving, and platforming mechanics. Every mechanic serves a narrative function, and you’re not just solving puzzles—you’re working through doubt, memory, and identity with each action.
