Campaign remains available when PC attestation fails
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 blocks Multiplayer on PC when its security attestation requirement is not met, although the Beta’s Campaign mission remains available.
When I started the Beta on PC, Multiplayer was locked with an “Attestation Requirement Not Met” warning. Campaign remained selectable, meaning the game still launches without Secure Boot, but its online modes cannot be accessed.
The Modern Warfare 4 Beta is now live, but PC players need Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 enabled before they can enter Multiplayer.

What PC players need to check
Activision confirms in the official Beta patch notes that TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot must be enabled to play online. The security features support RICOCHET Anti-Cheat by making system-level tampering more difficult.
Press Windows Key + R, enter msinfo32, and check that BIOS Mode says UEFI and Secure Boot State says On.
If Secure Boot is disabled, our earlier Secure Boot guide explains how to check the setting and enable it on a Gigabyte motherboard. BIOS menus vary, so check your motherboard documentation before changing anything.
