A flawless run in Riyadh cements Vitality’s dominance in the MLBB women’s scene
It’s not the only headline from Riyadh — earlier this week, a PUBG Mobile team was forced to rebrand at the Esports World Cup due to an offensive name, highlighting how esports regulations are tightening even beyond the matches.
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — In one of the most dominant showings of this year’s Esports World Cup, Team Vitality swept through the competition in the Mobile Legends:
Bang Bang Women’s Invitational (MWI), going undefeated and securing the title without dropping a single game. Their clean 4-0 victory over Gaimin Gladiators in the Grand Final capped off a legendary run through the bracket.

The Indonesian squad didn’t just win — they annihilated. Taking down top-tier opponents like Team Liquid, FUT Esports, Team Falcons, and Twisted Minds, they blazed through three best-of-threes, a best-of-five, and the best-of-seven Grand Final — without a single loss. That’s not just consistency. That’s legacy.
$500,000 Prize Pool and Club Championship Points
The victory earned Vitality the lion’s share of the $500,000 prize pool and a critical 1,500 Club Championship points, propelling them to the top of the Club Championship standings.
With one tournament win and a top-eight placement already secured, Team Vitality becomes the first organization eligible to compete for the coveted Club Championship title.
From Heartbreak in 2024 to Glory in 2025
Last year, Team Vitality fell short at the same tournament, with Omega Empress breaking their three-year streak. The emotional toll was heavy — especially for sisters Michelle “Chell” Siswanto and Cindy Laurent “Cinnyy” Siswanto, who competed just days after losing their grandfather.
This year’s win isn’t just redemption — it’s personal.
“I just want to prove that no one can do it better than us,” said Chell after lifting the trophy. “I think that it was meant to be ours all along.”
The story of the Siswanto sisters — their grief, resilience, and ultimate triumph — is also featured in Amazon Prime’s “Level Up” documentary series, now streaming.
MVP Honors and Another Historic Sibling Win
Cinnyy’s impact on the tournament didn’t go unnoticed. With clutch performances throughout the event, she earned the coveted tournament MVP title and an additional $10,000 prize.
Her stellar showing places her among the elite players in the MLBB women’s competitive scene.
The sisters also join another iconic sibling duo at the 2025 Esports World Cup — Ričardas “Boo” Lukaševičius and Dominykas “MiniBoo” Lukaševičius — who took the VALORANT championship just last weekend under Team Heretics. It’s been a family affair at the top of esports this year.
What’s Next for Team Vitality?
With this historic win, Team Vitality not only reasserts its dominance but also sets a new standard in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang women’s competitive scene.
While other championships at the Esports World Cup are still underway, the bar has officially been raised — and it’s Vitality’s name written on it.
