A Game About Penguins Sets August 10 PC Release Date

The cozy multiplayer sandbox is heading to Steam, while a free standalone prologue is available now.

A Game About Penguins will launch on PC via Steam on August 10, 2026, publisher Ultimate Games S.A. has announced.

Developed by Turkish indie studio CO’s Entertainment, the relaxing sandbox can be played solo or through online co-op for up to 12 players. Penguins can explore the snowy island, fish, swim, ice skate, throw snowballs, play minigames, and customize their appearance.

For more lighthearted multiplayer games, read our Flock Around review and our review of the chaotic party game WHAT THE PAK?!.
