Dungeons & Kingdoms Blends Kingdom Building With Dungeon Crawling

Posted on March 24, 2025September 25, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl

Dungeons & Kingdoms Mixes Settlement Building With Dungeon Exploration

Dungeons & Kingdoms blends medieval fantasy kingdom management with ARPG dungeon-crawling, giving players the best of both worlds. Manage a thriving settlement while embarking on dangerous dungeon expeditions to battle monsters and claim rare resources.

Unique Features and Gameplay

With stylized mid-poly visuals, the game offers a unique artistic approach to the fantasy genre. Key mechanics include:

  • Kingdom Building: Customize settlements with moats, walls, and strongholds.
  • Settler Management: Oversee villagers’ needs and development paths.
  • Dungeon Exploration: Engage in ARPG combat, loot rare resources, and uncover technologies.
  • Hybrid Systems: Combine strategy and action gameplay for a layered experience.

Developer and Publisher Insights

Slava Heretz, CEO of Camlann Games, expressed his enthusiasm: “As a fan of both medieval town builders and ‘soulslikes,’ I am thrilled about the unique blend we’re bringing to fans with Dungeons & Kingdoms. It’s more than just a game; it’s an adventure that we believe will set a new standard in the genre.”
