Leading a Virtual SWAT Team to Victory
I took on the role of a leader in a SWAT team of bots, testing my skills in a virtual battlefield. In my initial attempt, I faced a swift demise within three seconds, but the developers have since ironed out that bug. The game experience has been relatively smooth without any major issues or crashes to the desktop. While the gameplay itself is commendable, the intelligence of the bots and, admittedly, my own, leaves something to be desired.

Realism and Brutality in Tactical Combat
Navigating the wheel menu to issue commands feels a bit cumbersome, and though I suspect there might be individual keys for each command, it’s challenging to remember them all. Despite the occasional clunkiness, the realism shines through, as death comes swiftly and often. Just like in real-life scenarios, a well-placed shot results in either death or severe injury, with some of my SWAT team members meeting particularly brutal fates.
A Promising Prologue Playtest
This Prologue Playtest on Steam has piqued my interest, and I eagerly anticipate diving into the full game upon its release. Thrilling experiences like these are precisely what I enjoy in gaming.
Have a Blast!
Stay sharp and enjoy your time in Tactical Squad: SWAT Stories. Keep your team alive and complete your objectives. The full version promises even more intense tactical action.
Final Thoughts
For fans of intense tactical shooters, Tactical Squad: SWAT Stories offers a gripping and realistic challenge. The Prologue Playtest already hints at the adrenaline-pumping missions and strategy-based gameplay that await in the full release. If you enjoy squad-based shooters with a strong emphasis on realism, keep an eye on this title. Stay safe, stay tactical!
