Taipei Game Show 2026 wraps with nearly 400,000 visits — 2027 dates confirmed

Taipei Game Show 2026 has officially concluded, with the organizer reporting nearly 400,000 visits over four days. The recap also points to a bigger B2B push this year, with meeting rooms and networking sessions running at full pace across the first two days.

Two showfloor moments highlighted in the recap were the Monster Hunter Wilds Taiwan Championship final and a photo-heavy Elden Ring Erdtree installation that drew constant crowds.

B2B + Asia Pacific Game Summit

Across the first two days, the expanded B2B Zone brought together industry visitors from 43 countries, while Asia Pacific Game Summit ran 26 sessions spanning development, indie games, operations and marketing, payment solutions, generative AI, and emerging tech trends. The organizer also emphasized open Q&A segments and offstage networking as a major part of the conference energy.

Showfloor highlights and fan-facing moments

The final day reportedly stayed busy from morning through the Late Bird session, with exhibitors closing out the show using giveaways and finale activities. The recap also notes the Monster Hunter Wilds Taiwan Championship final, the Elden Ring Erdtree photo installation, and a special-stage appearance for CODE VEIN II with Director Hiroshi Yoshimura and Producer Keita Iizuka.

Indie House and Board Game Wonderland

Indie House (sponsored by Smilegate | STOVE) was described as a breakout success this year, including a themed feedback wall covered with over a thousand handwritten notes for developers to collect after the show. Board Game Wonderland also stayed packed through the final day, with discounts driving a late sales surge and public play areas filled with groups and families.
