Major August Update for Deathless Tales of Old Rus Introduces New Challenges and Enhanced Gameplay Mechanics

Posted on August 23, 2024January 27, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl

A Major August Update for Belosvet

Deathless: Tales of Old Rus, the captivating RPG set in the mystical world of
Belosvet, is receiving a significant update this August, bringing new foes, game mechanics,
and an array of rebalanced relics to enrich the player experience.

New Additions

The August update introduces fresh enemies and gameplay systems to keep each journey through
Belosvet felt dangerous and surprising. New encounters and twists to combat will push even
experienced players to rethink their usual tactics and deck combinations.

Exciting New Relics

Exciting New Relics:

A set of new relics joins the pool, opening up additional synergies and experimental builds.
These powerful artifacts are designed to reward bold choices and risky playstyles, giving
players more ways to craft unique, story-rich runs through Old Rus.

Rebalanced Relics

Rebalanced Relics:

Existing relics are being carefully rebalanced to smooth out spikes in difficulty and improve
run variety. Underused relics receive buffs, while overtuned effects are adjusted, helping
build diversity without losing the high-stakes feel of each encounter.

The World of Deathless: Tales of Old Rus

Set in the fantasy realm of Belosvet, home to heroes, sorcerers, and
creatures drawn from Eastern European mythos, the game offers a rich narrative and immersive
gameplay. The universe, envisioned by the acclaimed artist Roman Papsuev,
and soundtracked by Dmitri Silantyev, promises a deeply engaging experience
for fans of folklore and fantasy RPGs.

Special Offers

The game is currently available in Early Access on Steam for $24.99, with a
special bundle edition that includes an art book and soundtrack available for
$20.98, a 40% discount off the regular price.
