Finnish Pub Simulator update screenshot showing drinks on the bar and a customer in a 1990s-themed pub environment

Finnish Pub Simulator Demo Receives Significant Update Before Steam Next Fest

Posted on February 19, 2025June 24, 2025 By Ronny Fiksdahl

In the lead-up to Steam Next Fest, the quirky and nostalgic Finnish Pub Simulator has received a major demo update that improves gameplay, expands customization, and sets the tone for what’s shaping up to be one of the more unique simulation titles of 2025.

From the minds at Madnight Games and published by Games Incubator, this retro-flavored sim lets you run a classic countryside pub in 1990s Finland. Pour drinks, mop floors, fix jukeboxes, and make sure the locals stay happy (or at least tipsy).

New Demo Features and Polish

This latest update revamps the early-game loop with better tutorial guidance, rebalanced customer interactions, and new furniture and pub decorations. Players now have more flexibility in how they manage the look and feel of their bar, with improved object placement and visual polish.

Sound design has also been refreshed—adding more authentic Finnish bar ambiance, quirky customer comments, and environmental effects that help immerse you in this small-town setting.

What Is Finnish Pub Simulator?

At its core, Finnish Pub Simulator is all about multitasking in a down-to-earth environment. You’ll juggle cleaning up messes, restocking shelves, repairing machinery, cooking food, handling arguments between patrons—and of course, pouring that perfect pint. The game balances lighthearted humor with a grounded take on small business life in rural Europe.
