A Rookie Paramedic in Neo Harbor City
Players step into the role of a rookie paramedic handling emergencies across Neo Harbor City while competing with the city’s celebrated Fire Department. A triage system requires players to prioritize multiple patients instead of simply completing one task at a time.
More Than 50 Treatment Minigames
The game features more than 50 treatment minigames, ranging from CPR and defibrillation to less dramatic but still urgent problems. The design drew inspiration from medical games popular during the Wii and Nintendo DS era.

Hong Kong-Inspired Setting
Neo Harbor City’s visual identity was inspired by Hong Kong, including night markets, dim sum shops, and animated character sequences that added a visual-novel layer between emergency calls.
