One of the biggest indie gaming showcases of the year — IndieMania 2025 goes live today, June 26, 2025, with the main event kicking off at 12:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM CEST on Mike Odyssey’s YouTube channel. A pre-show begins at 11:30 AM ET.

Hosted by Mike Odyssey and co-hosted by Paul Gale and Steve Zimmerman, this year’s event celebrates visionary indie developers from all over the world — with over 100 games set to appear, ranging from debut titles to world premieres.

What to Expect from IndieMania 2025

World Premieres

Expect several brand-new games to make their first-ever appearance, including an exclusive premiere from WayForward Games, known for Shantae and River City Girls.

Exclusive Trailers and Gameplay

Enjoy never-before-seen gameplay reveals and developer teasers that showcase the breadth of indie creativity across multiple genres and styles.

IndieMania Game of the Year Championship Belt

For the first time in indie game history, a 100 percent fan-voted award will crown the IndieMania Game of the Year. The winner will receive:

  • A custom-designed Championship Belt, crafted by Arm Championship Belts
  • A custom Hyperkin controller, themed around the winning game

This initiative brings fans directly into the spotlight, empowering the community to celebrate what truly resonates with them.

The Master Class: Learning from the Best

Following the main showcase, IndieMania will host an exclusive Master Class for indie developers. Industry veterans will lead discussions on game development, marketing, and publishing — offering valuable insights for both rising stars and seasoned creators.

A major indie game sale will launch across Steam and other platforms, making it the perfect time for gamers to explore hidden gems and support indie talent.
