I’m excited to share the latest on SERUM, a first-person survival adventure game developed by Game Island and published by Toplitz Productions. Having tested the early demo, participated in the playtest, and closely followed both teams, I’ve become a genuine fan of what they’re creating. Gameplay Insights
Survivors will need to carefully manage their resources while keeping an eye on the passage of time as it continually ebbs away. The toxic mist blanketing parts of the landscape is a chilling reminder of the catastrophic impact on the environment. Survival isn’t guaranteed unless players can harness resources and cultivate an existence in this fragile but lethal world.
Public Playtest Success
Developer Game Island and publisher Toplitz Productions recently conducted SERUM’s public playtest as they finalized the Early Access PC build. This follows its standout performance at February’s Steam Next Fest, where it ranked among the top 50 most-played demos and placed 17th in the most-followed category.
