Whispers of the Eyeless a Dark Fantasy Strategy Rpg From Sfo Modders is Headed to Early Access

Posted on September 9, 2024May 2, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl

A chilling new strategy RPG is on the horizon. Whispers of the Eyeless, developed by Evil Gingerbread Studio (founded by Venris, creator of the popular SFO: Grimhammer mod for Total War: Warhammer III), is set to enter Early Access. Published by Camlann Games, this title merges the dark atmosphere of classic horror RPGs with intricate, tactical gameplay.

A Dark Cult Rising in Aranthor

Inspired by titles like Darkest Dungeon, Loop Hero, and Children of Morta, Whispers of the Eyeless takes players deep into the city of Aranthor—a brooding metropolis shrouded in mystery and dark magic. Players command a cult striving to infiltrate the city, expand their sanctum, and revive the Dead Gods. With a dark comic art style and profound character customization, the game promises an original twist on the strategy RPG genre.
