Shadows in Silence indie horror game cover with Elliana, the blind witch

New Game Alert Shadows in Silence a Multiplayer Horror Experience

Posted on February 6, 2025July 1, 2025 By Ronny Fiksdahl

Shadows in Silence introduces a fresh twist on the multiplayer horror genre. Developed as an asymmetrical survival game, it pits four survivors against a terrifying blind witch named Elliana in a chilling sound-based showdown. Every footstep, breath, or rustle could be your last.

Playing as the Survivors

Stay Quiet or Die

Every move matters. Survivors must remain silent to avoid detection. Running, slamming doors, or even stepping on loud surfaces can alert Elliana to their position.

Escape Isn’t Easy

Use the map’s environment to your advantage—duck behind crates, sneak through shadows, and use special character abilities to evade capture.

Activate the Sound System

Locate and repair the scattered sound speakers. Once they’re all active, use the central console to trigger a concert loud enough to weaken Elliana and give your team a fighting chance at survival.

Stepping Into the Witch’s Shoes

Elliana – The Blind Witch

While she can’t see, she can hear. Elliana uses sound cues to detect movement, track survivors, and plan her attacks. Her eerie supernatural presence adds dread to every corner of the map.

Summon Your Companion: Sharm

Sharm, Elliana’s loyal cat-like beast, prowls the area to locate survivors. Use Sharm strategically to block escape routes or flush out silent prey.

Disrupt and Destroy

Your goal as the witch is simple—silence the survivors before they finish activating the sound system. If the music plays for too long, your dark power begins to fade.
