Armored knight preparing for battle in a grassy field with a medieval castle in the background from Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

“Kingdom Come: Deliverance II” Is Here – A New Medieval Adventure Begins

Posted on February 5, 2025May 2, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl

As of today, February 4, 2025, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is officially available, bringing players back to the heart of 15th Century Bohemia. Developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver, the game offers a historically grounded RPG experience, continuing the journey of Henry of Skalitz in a time of political unrest, warfare, and personal vendettas.

Return as Henry of Skalitz

Henry’s tale continues right where the original left off. From a grieving son to a figure entangled in royal power struggles, Henry’s path is anything but ordinary. In “Deliverance II”, his journey leads him deeper into conflict with Sigismund the Red Fox, the controversial King of Hungary. Along the way, Henry is forced to make difficult moral decisions as he walks the line between justice and vengeance.

An Immersive Open World in Bohemia

The sequel expands significantly on the first game’s already ambitious world. Featuring two massive map regions—including the city of Kutná Hora—players can explore bustling urban centers, rural villages, and dense woodlands. The world is alive with NPCs who react dynamically to your choices, appearance, and behavior. Activities such as blacksmithing, hunting, and alchemy return, each enhanced for deeper immersion.

Realistic and Tactical First-Person Combat

Combat remains a central pillar of the game, designed to be both grounded and punishing. Engage enemies using real-time melee systems inspired by historical martial arts. Players can specialize in different weapon types, blades, maces, bows, or lean into stealth for more strategic takedowns. The combat system is further enriched with stamina management, armor degradation, and tactical positioning, rewarding skill and patience.

True Role-Playing Depth

What sets “Kingdom Come: Deliverance II” apart from other RPGs is its commitment to realism and consequence. Henry evolves based on your decisions; his speech, skills, gear, and alliances are all under your control. Dialogue trees branch according to your reputation, actions, and even the way you’re dressed. Whether you aim to be a cunning diplomat or a fearsome warrior, the choice is truly yours.
