A therapy sim with fangs — now on PlayStation and Switch

Vampire Therapist is out now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch (February 17, 2026), blending visual-novel storytelling with approachable therapy mechanics rooted in CBT. The Xbox versions (Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One) are scheduled to follow on March 5, 2026.

If you’re into character-driven, choice-heavy writing, you might also like our coverage of another narrative-first release: Pivot of Hearts (Review). And for console publishing context, here’s a recent Ultimate Games-related console launch we covered: Carrier Deck is now live on consoles.

Vampire Therapist – Official PS5 Trailer

The pitch is as bold as it sounds: you play a Wild West gunslinger-turned-vampire who becomes a therapist for other vampires, helping them unpack centuries of emotional baggage. It leans into dark comedy, but it also takes its therapy framing seriously and keeps the mechanics readable.

The console edition includes the game’s free updates plus the Couples Therapy DLC in the base package, with controller support tailored for console play.
