Achilles Legends Untold Set to Launch on Nintendo Switch This January

Posted on January 14, 2025May 2, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl

Prepare to relive one of ancient Greece’s most legendary tales—Achilles: Legends Untold is making its way to Nintendo Switch on January 23, 2025. Developed by Dark Point Games, this action RPG combines souls-like combat with mythological storytelling, delivering a heroic adventure that challenges both your reflexes and your strategy.

A Heroic Saga Reimagined

Originally launched in Early Access on PC, Achilles: Legends Untold quickly earned praise for its strategic, souls-like combat and deep narrative. Set in the aftermath of the Trojan War, players embody Achilles—the famed Greek hero—as he returns to a land ravaged by chaos and divine conflict. From crumbling cities to mystical ruins, every journey uncovers secrets, battles, and mythological creatures straight out of legend.

Gameplay and Features

The game’s isometric camera perspective enhances both exploration and combat. Players will engage in intense, tactical fights where every dodge, block, and strike counts. Built around an advanced AI system, enemies adapt to player actions, creating a fresh challenge with every encounter.

Key gameplay highlights include:

  • Souls-like combat mechanics with Greek mythological twists.
  • Deep skill progression system and weapon crafting.
  • Expansive exploration across ancient Mycenae and other legendary regions.
  • Challenging boss battles against both mortals and monsters of myth.

Expanding the Achilles Universe

The story of Achilles is far from over. Following the Switch release, Dark Point Games has confirmed a spinoff title—Achilles: Survivor—set to arrive on PC in Q1 2025. This standalone adventure promises to explore new characters, mechanics, and lore within the same mythic universe.

Join the Community

Players eager to connect and stay informed can join the official Achilles: Legends Untold Discord for discussions, updates, and developer Q&A sessions. Whether you’re strategizing builds or sharing your toughest battles, the community continues to grow stronger—just like the hero himself.
