A winter Battle Pass, Mythic Lazarus, and Street Fighter Part 2 — COD Mobile’s 2026 kickoff is stacked

January 8, 2026 — Call of Duty: Mobile is starting 2026 with Season 1: Frozen Abyss, featuring the Codename: Lazarus — Cosmic Wrath Mythic Operator draw, a winter-themed Battle Pass with the new LC10 SMG and Inflatable Decoy Tactical, plus multiple seasonal events (including Street Fighter Part 2). Call of Duty: Mobile is free-to-play on iOS and Android, with optional in-app purchases.

Season 1: Frozen Abyss — what’s included

  • Mythic Draw: Codename: Lazarus — Cosmic Wrath Mythic Operator + themed rewards.
  • Battle Pass: new LC10 SMG (including LC10 — Tracker) and the Inflatable Decoy Tactical.
  • Events: Street Fighter Part 2, multiple winter-themed events, and a Secret Cache Catch-Up event.
  • Challenge Pass: missions, tokens, and an exchange for seasonal items (including new reskins).
  • Store updates: the returning AK117 — Grim Ending Mythic Draw (Mythic Voting winner) later in the season, plus other draws.

Battle Pass: LC10 (Tracker) + Inflatable Decoy

The Frozen Abyss Battle Pass includes free and premium tiers with winter-themed content like Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and COD Points.

On the free tiers, players can unlock the new LC10 SMG, described as a low-recoil, high fire-rate weapon built for fast takedowns. The new Inflatable Decoy Tactical also arrives as a throwable item that deploys a balloon decoy when triggered to distract enemies.

Premium tiers include winter Operator Skins such as American Bulldog — Polar Explorer and Portnova — Arctic Adventurer, plus Weapon Blueprints like Man-O-War — Tidal Lance and LC10 — Tracker.

Street Fighter Part 2 and winter events

The collaboration continues with Street Fighter Part 2, featuring new challenges and rewards. Highlights mentioned include M4 — Vulcan Blast, Charm — Charming Guile, and the marquee reward Prizefighters — Ryu’s Gloves.

Season 1 also includes multiple winter-themed events (including a winter sports event), and a Secret Cache Catch-Up event designed to help players earn missed Secret Cache rewards.

Store notes: Mythic Lazarus, returning AK117, and Double CP

Season 1’s store update is led by the new Mythic Codename: Lazarus — Cosmic Wrath draw. The blog also confirms the returning AK117 — Grim Ending Mythic Draw is coming back on January 23 (UTC) for a limited time, and that Double CP continues until January 19.
