Multiplayer Medieval Exclusive Review Developer Interview Game 23 in Todays Showcase

Posted on September 20, 2024May 4, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl

Step into the exhilarating world of ‘Multiplayer Medieval,’ a game that transforms the classic hack-and-slash formula into an epic saga of strategy and survival. Designed for the brave and the bold, this game offers a perfect blend of fast-paced action and thoughtful tactical battles. Join us as we delve deep into its features, speak with the visionary behind its creation, and showcase exclusive gameplay footage.

Game Overview:

‘Multiplayer Medieval’ catapults players into a vividly realized medieval setting where danger lurks around every corner. Players can choose to face these challenges alone or rally friends in its expansive multiplayer mode. The game is built on a foundation of dynamic combat mechanics, where every sword swing and strategic move feels impactful and rewarding.

Gameplay Mechanics:

Personal Review:My journey through ‘Multiplayer Medieval’ was nothing short of thrilling. The game’s responsive combat system made each encounter feel unique and exciting. While the single-player campaign was a fantastic adventure, it was in multiplayer mode where the game truly shined, offering endless hours of entertainment. Although the AI could use more variety, the overall experience was engaging and left me eager for more.

Get ready for a quirky dive into the mind of Archor Wright, where humor meets innovation in game development. From superpowers to dream projects, Archor shares his thoughts on what makes his game dev journey uniquely entertaining.

Q: If you could have one superpower to help you in game development, what would it be and why?
A: “Super Speed. I see myself as a ‘Content Creator,’ and if it were up to me, I’d churn out a new game every week, kind of like making interactive YouTube videos.”

Q: How much does your coffee consumption increase when you’re deep into developing a game?
A: “LOL, I don’t drink coffee anymore, just water these days.”

Q: Can you share a hilariously epic fail you’ve experienced during game development?
A: “Too many to count, but it’s a common game dev experience to go far into a project before realizing you’re on the wrong path and then having to start all over again—several times.”

Q: If you had unlimited resources and time, what’s the most outlandish game you would love to create?
“A family-friendly version of GTA called ‘Granny Theft Auto.’ It’d be like ‘The Sims’ meets GTA.”

Q: If your game development process was a movie, what genre would it be and who would play you?
A: “Comedy, definitely. And who better to play me than Kevin Smith?”

Q: If you could choose any band or artist to compose the soundtrack of your life, who would it be and why?
A: “Other than you? Bon Jovi, because he’s Bon Jovi—the G.O.A.T.” (I’ll take that as what it is, complements are always welcome (Fix))

Q: You’re stuck on a desert island with only one of your games to play. Which one do you hope it is and why?
A: “Ima Survivor, then I would build a raft.”

Q: Do you have any unusual or quirky traditions you follow when releasing a new game?
A: “‘Quirky’ is kind of my middle name, but honestly, I just hope it goes OK and that some people like the game and respond to it.”

Q: If you could live in the world of one of your games for a day, which would it be and what would you do?
A: “Maybe a kitbash of all my games, and then I’d take a vacation.”

Q: In an alternate universe where you weren’t a game developer, what bizarre job could you see yourself doing?
A: “Something innovation-related. In my current ‘day job,’ I try to be as forward-thinking as possible.”

Q: As of January 1, 2025, how many games does your Steam catalog boast, and which of them would you say is a must-play for any new fans of your work?
A: “(As of now, Sept 24) I have 70 games on Steam, or as I like to say, ‘More than 69 games,’ that was kind of my target for 2024. So, who knows what 2025 will bring. Must-play? The entire bundle, of course. ;)”
