Starrupture Brings Intense Survival Experience to Steam Early Access This Autumn

Posted on January 28, 2025May 2, 2026 By Ronny Fiksdahl
Warsaw, Poland – January 27, 2025 – Creepy Jar, the studio behind the acclaimed survival sim Green Hell, has just revealed a gripping new gameplay trailer for their upcoming title, StarRupture. Scheduled for a Steam Early Access launch in Fall 2025, the game blends exploration, survival, and base-building in a cooperative multiplayer sci-fi world.

Welcome to Ruptura: A Planet of Constant Danger

Set in the year 2201, StarRupture throws players into the harsh reality of a prison colony on a volatile alien world. Survival is never guaranteed as players must gather resources, construct bases, and endure both aggressive alien creatures and the violent eruptions of the life-giving star, Ruptura. The new gameplay trailer showcases the stunning yet unforgiving landscapes of Ruptura. The planet is in a perpetual state of destruction and rebirth as devastating stellar eruptions reshape the terrain, destroying and then renewing the world. This mechanic keeps exploration fresh, offering new resources and dangers after every catastrophe.

Key Features

    • Expansive Exploration: Traverse a vast, ever-changing open world filled with secrets, resources, and danger.
    • Strategic Building: Construct, expand, and defend your industrial base while unlocking advanced survival technologies.
    • Dynamic Combat: Face off against deadly alien lifeforms and adapt to hazardous environmental threats.
    • Cooperative Play: Play solo or team up with up to four friends for a shared survival adventure.
Whether you prefer to brave Ruptura’s challenges alone or with a squad, StarRupture is built around cooperative play. Work together to survive, gather resources, and build your base stronger to withstand the planet’s next deadly cycle.
